...a single white line to the right MIGHT indicate that it is the right shoulder, so no crossing unless there is an emergency, like the right shoulder of the freeway. Hmmm...could be. -Dave :driving down the wrong side of the road. :I remember from driver's ed that there should always be a white line on the right. If there's a yellow line on the right it means you're on the wrong side of the road. :Double yellows are not legal to cross. If it were legal to exit but not to enter, there would be a dotted yellow on the inside and solid yellow on the outside. :
